Responsible for the operational and clinical management of the Neuroscience Center, Stroke and Interventional Pain departments to achieve clinical and service excellence. Will lead the team with the philosophy, policies, procedures and goals of ProHealth Care.

Adapts for sensory losses (i.e. hearing, sight, temperature sensation, taste). Provides reorientation as needed.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Facilitates patient satisfaction encouraging and setting examples.
Recruitment and selection of new staff.
Manages staff performance evaluations and collaborates with Human Resources to address performance issues.
Oversees staff scheduling; assures staffing is efficient.
Develops operating and capital budget: assumes fiscal responsibility in everyday practice.
Measures and reports on staff productivity; reports on variances and takes appropriate action to address variances.
Develops and ensures department strategic plans are in alignment with the system strategic plans and goals.
Minimum License and Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN), WI or eNLC State
Minimum Technical Experience 4-6 Years – prior leadership preferred
