Bilingual Peritoneal Educator
Sinai Health System | | Full-Time Days | 8a-4:30p On-call required
The Peritoneal/Education RN staff nurse is proficient in providing various peritoneal dialysis therapies to patients with chronic renal failure.
The professional, customer service-oriented individual we seek has these qualifications.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Successful completion of Hospital and Departmental orientation programs.
At least 12 months' experience in clinical nursing and an additional 6 months experience in nursing care of the ESRD patient in a dialysis center.
A minimum of 3 months in self-care training, either hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Illinois.
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
