Reporting directly to the Director of Neuroscience Clinical and Business Operations, the Stroke Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations for the System Wide Stroke Program at all Baptist Health South Florida hospitals through monitoring performance, overseeing quality management, mentoring hospital-based stroke coordinators, supporting professional development and promoting evidence-based care and research. You will be visible at all sites including any Telestroke sites.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Nursing – MSN or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (In Progress, must complete within 3 years of hire).
Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications.
Registered Nurse licensure.
Minimum 5-8 years experience as an RN, and 1-2 years in a clinical leadership role.
