As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be accountable for the 24/7 safe and effective care delivery within assigned area(s). Along with ensuring competent staff performance and the promotion of staff development, you will serve as the primary retention and recruitment officer for the unit, as well as ensure all hospital policies, procedures and protocols are followed and adhered to.
Current Pennsylvania RN license
BSN required – internal candidates must be enrolled in a Masters’ program; MSN, MBA or related Master’s degree required for external candidates
Current BLS Health Care Provider Certification
3 years experience in practice specialty or related specialty
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Influenza vaccination required
Professional certification in clinical practice specialty or nursing leadership preferred
