In this role, the Clinical Manager is responsible for partnering with physicians, providers and operational leadership to provide effective and proactive management of clinic operations and programs in primary care, outpatient specialties.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of effectively managing physicians, providers and caregivers.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN licensure in AK or ability to obtain
Five years of related healthcare experience
Two years of leadership, such as charge, lead, or supervisor experience
Positive attitude, critical thinking skills, and strong emphasis on teamwork
