Work Hours/Shift:
  • Full Time/Days must be open to mornings, nights, weekends and 3rd shift
 
You Will Be Responsible For:   
 

Greet and inform guests/visitors upon arrival at temperature check stations.

 

· Perform temperature checks utilizing handheld infrared thermometer following approved process and maintaining safety and infection prevention processes including appropriate use of PPE.

 

· Demonstrate strong customer service skills and communicate effectively with guests and onsite team to provide temperature rechecks when a guest/visitor arrives with an elevated temperature.

 

· Provide compassionate and supportive communication techniques when guests/visitors display anxiety to proceed with temperature check process.

 
 
 

 

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Customer Experience acumen and professionalism
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· High school graduate or equivalent
