The incumbent serves under the supervision of the Chief, Education and Training Service as the resource person for the development and delivery of staff development training and programs for the facility. He/she will assess the educational/learning needs for all staff in relation to professional growth, career development, clinical training needs and patient care. Staff Development Educator will be responsible for the managing the on-line education Talent Management System (TMS) as its administrator. Collaborates with all Services in the development and implementation of facility-wide educational programs and initiatives. Coordinates and teaches various classes based on facility needs. Assists with completion of Continuing Education (CE) applications and post-offering requirements. Teaches and coordinates classes using both face-to-face settings and virtual modalities to enhance learning objectives and overall learning outcomes. Facilitates training using simulation. The incumbent will actively participate in workshop/continuing education programs designed for career advancement as well as function in classroom teaching environment.
