This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Learn more The Assistant Nurse Manager for Community Living Center - Palo Alto is a self-directed nurse leader who is accountable to Nursing Manager. As a part of the Nursing leadership team; he/she ensures administrative support and guidance while providing oversight for the delivery of resident centered nursing care and management of nursing personnel and clinical resources. Works collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary teams. The Assistant Nurse Manager will be clinically and administratively responsible to the Nurse Manager of the assigned unit. Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am; rotating weekends with flexibility to meet the needs of the patient and program needs Telework: Not Available Virtual: This is not a virtual position. Assists with the coordination and accountability for all regulatory and environmental surveys and adheres to mandatory response timelines. Nurse supervisor and provides oversight for the administration of leave, counseling and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Nurse Manager. In the absence of the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager will provide coverage in both clinical and administrative functions in the Unit.
