John J. Pershing VA Medical Center, is currently accepting applications for a Registered Nurse in our Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) Department. The vacancy is located at our West Plains Community-Based Outpatient Clinic. The Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) RN Care Manager is a professional who coordinates care for a panel of patients throughout the continuum of care to assure that care is timely, appropriate, of high quality and cost effective. PLEASE NOTE: All RN positions requires Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required depending on the location of the position selected for.
