Position Summary

Looking for a dynamic team player that is interested in supporting a busy Dermatology clinic! This is a full time position. Orientation will require the candidate to work 5 eight hour days, but we can offer 4 ten hour days after orientation is complete. The right candidate will be organized, efficient and an excellent communicator. In addition, this position will support 2 of Dermatology’s multi-disciplinary patient populations working very closely with the providers and providing high quality patient education.

This position, in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family, coordinates and promotes patient health utilizing evidence-based practice in the delivery of professional nursing care across the care continuum. This position advocates for the patient and family adhering to nursing and medical plans of care, regulatory standards, and organizational values.

Education

• Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN program. (Preferred)

Experience

• Pediatric experience. (Preferred)

Certifications

• Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. (Required)
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. (Required)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification may be required within 90 days of entry into the position for select departments. (Preferred)
