POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Rehabilitation Services has administrative oversight of the entire rehab service line to include The Rehabilitation Institute at St. Mary�s Medical Center, a 50 bed CARF accredited inpatient rehab facility, which includes a dedicated 6 bed brain injury unit, as well as both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and audiology services. With approx. 80 FTEs reporting to this position including a therapy manager and nurse manager, the rehab director is responsible for coordinating the overall operations and strategic direction for the rehab service line.
