Seeking a diligent, compassionate healthcare professional with Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state credentials required; Registered Nurse (RN) state credentials preferred. Candidate must speak Spanish. Part-time and Full-time opportunities both available. The Program Nurse provides ongoing medical monitoring of participants in accordance with IDOA Adm. Code Title 89: Social Services Chapter II: Department on Aging Part 240 Community Care Program, Adult Day Services. The Program Nurse completes medical assessments on all participants during the intake process and monitors participants’ physical wellbeing on a daily basis. The program nurse also participates in participant care planning processes/meetings with other AWC staff.  This position offers competitive pay, medical, vision, dental, paid time off, 401K and other voluntary benefits. No night or weekend shifts.

Must be CPR and LPN certified. RN is preferred. Bilingual Spanish is required.
