Seeking a diligent, compassionate healthcare professional with Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state credentials required; Registered Nurse (RN) state credentials preferred. Candidate must speak Spanish. Part-time and Full-time opportunities both available. The Program Nurse provides ongoing medical monitoring of participants in accordance with IDOA Adm. Code Title 89: Social Services Chapter II: Department on Aging Part 240 Community Care Program, Adult Day Services. The Program Nurse completes medical assessments on all participants during the intake process and monitors participants’ physical wellbeing on a daily basis. The program nurse also participates in participant care planning processes/meetings with other AWC staff. Must be CPR and LPN certified. RN is preferred. Bilingual Spanish is required.
