The role you’ll contribute:
The AHMGO Nurse Manager is responsible for managing all clinical elements of the practices. As a professional care giver and leader of the nursing team providing care for patients, the position collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to provide safe and effective care for all age groups of patients. Practices in clinic setting directed toward meeting patient needs.
The AHMGO Nurse Manager is responsible for the day to day clinical operations of the clinics. Ongoing staff education and development are the responsibility of the Manager, and excellent communication is required to assure we are in compliance within our clinics. This position is directly responsible for the hiring, firing, progressive discipline and staff evaluations of clinical staff.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Work with the AHMO clinical team to standardize workflow within clinics to maximize efficiency and provider/patient satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple priorities on an ongoing basis.
Expert knowledge of software systems, including electronic health record.
Adhere to Rural Health Clinic (RHC) standards, as directed by Administration/physician enterprise.
