Overview
Would you like to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hospital environment as an RN?*?¯ This opening is for a full-time night position in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) at Chilton Medical Center, a Magnet designated hospital. Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
- Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families. Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- BSN required
License/Certification:
- BLS required
Relevant Experience:
- 1 year RN experience in an acute care facility as a registered nurse is preferred
