The role you’ll contribute:
Performs medical records and business office functions including but not limited to answering telephones in professional and courteous manner, transferring calls to appropriate individuals, electronic medical record management, faxing/scanning documentation, managing/ordering of office/medical supplies, tracking and management of consents/transfers/discharges, payroll functions and other duties as assigned by supervision

Participate in orientation, in-service and staff meetings as scheduled.
Secures patient confidentiality by protecting patient information on and off duty.
Develop skills through attendance at staff development meetings, pertinent educational activities.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent
One year of general office experience
Skilled in use of general office equipment (computer, scanner, copier, fax and telephone)
Skilled in use of EMR system (i.e. HomeCare HomeBase etc.)
Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a highly active environment
