Atlantic Health is Seeking a Surgical Physician Assistant for a Great Opportunity at CentraState Healthcare System
Two of New Jersey's leading healthcare organizations CentraState Healthcare System, in partnership with Atlantic Health System, are seeking a Surgical Physician Assistant (PA) to join Surgical Associates of CentraState. This is an excellent opportunity for a new or experienced physician assistant interested in working for a supportive and well-established surgery practice with a robust multispecialty team. This is a Monday-Friday position with no call, weekends, or holidays.
This position is a hybrid role, with the PA assisting both inpatient and outpatient on the CentraState Campus in Freehold, New Jersey. The PA will be responsible for OR first assist, and inpatient rounding. The PA should be collaborative and versed in all aspects of surgery. The ideal candidate will bring a positive and caring attitude, excellent communication skills, clinical expertise, and previous operative experience. Successful candidates will have experience using the Da Vinci Robotic system and be given the opportunity to increase their knowledge and skillset in robotics.

Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
ACLS and BLS certification required
Robotic surgery training and DaVinci certification is preferred
1-2 years surgery experience is preferred, but newly graduated Physician Assistants welcome to apply
Must have excellent communication and computer skills
Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
