Join the Providence Lincoln Heights ExpressCare team as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant and be part of a mission based, community focused clinic while enjoying a 3-day per week schedule in Spokane, Washington. Providence ExpressCare is a clinic that bridges the gap between Primary and Urgent Care, offering patients convenient and fast access to a plethora of services and procedures. ExpressCare is appointment based, with 30, 20-minute problem-focused appointments in a typical day, ensuring your schedule is manageable and stable. This position offers a high degree of autonomy as clinicians work independently with the support of a Medical Assistant. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of clinical experience while being comfortable in a fast-paced setting. 3 days-per-week, full-time schedule
Both in-office and virtual visits throughout each shift
Health, vision, dental, paid time off, 401k and malpractice insurance is provided
2+ years' experience (post degree) required in an Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or other Primary Care Setting
Compensation is between $125,136 and $164,333 per year
Compensation includes base salary, quality incentives and productivity bonus
Extra shift incentives and CME benefits are also available

ExpressCare is part of the Providence Clinical Network (PCN), which provides patients access to optimized ambulatory services with a consumer-centric, connected focus. The Providence ExpressCare clinics are reducing barriers and creating a network of same-day care options that are easily accessible across the state of Washington. By building out a network for ambulatory care across Providence, the PCN offers ease, transparency, and lower costs. This work is foundational to evolving the Providence delivery model to enhance the future of convenient care.
