The role you’ll contribute:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients on the unit and for the day-to-day management and supervision of related clinical activities.

Effectively collaborates with other members of health care team
Makes rounds on the patient care units and is available as needed for staff & patient related issues

You Will Be Responsible For:
Assess Patients and Respond to Changes in Patient Conditions
Manage Emergency Patient Situations such as Codes
Maintain mental and reasoning capabilities
Ability to prioritize work
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
Knowledge to identify patient acuity levels
ASN required; BSN preferred
Maintains professional licensure of the Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky
BLS Certification
Successfully completed arrhythmia recognition competency during orientation
Job Summary:
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the acute care setting. Communicates with physician’s / team leaders / coworkers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
