Working in a multi-specialty outpatient wound care setting, to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities, utilizing different wound healing modalities (e.g. negative pressure wound therapy, cellular and tissue-based products).

1. Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports. 2. Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions. 3. Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members. 4. Records patient vital signs and medical information. 5. Performs other related duties as assigned
Required: 1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing 2. 3+ years of experience in Nursing or relevant area. 3. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and BLS certification required.
