Coordinator Performance Improvement
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Performance Improvement (PI) Department leadership, the Coordinator of Performance Improvement is responsible for coordinating and driving progress of robust process improvement projects. Provides organizational staff support in the development, implementation and evaluation of the hospitals overall quality improvement program, which includes: Ancillary, nursing, and medical staff departments to identify trends, prioritize and recommend improvements, decrease duplication, and ensure regulatory compliance. Works collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization. Areas of focus include but not limited to: Regulatory survey readiness activities Maintaining organizational PI activity oversight Reporting and updating publicly reported organization
