Foundation Health Partners is seeking an advanced practice provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our highly experienced Allergy and Asthma team.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Allergy Clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska. This rewarding opportunity involves assisting patients who suffer from the Interior's harsh weather, asthma, birch pollen, and a range of environmental and food allergies. The clinic, under the esteemed leadership of Dr. Anthony Bonitatibus, is a cornerstone of allergy and asthma care in the community. Dr. Bonitatibus is now looking for a dedicated provider to join his team and help manage and support our patient's allergy and asthma care plans.
- Compensation:Starting at a base of $147,112, compensation can be further adjusted based on experience. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $40k sign-on bonus.
- Schedule: 4-day work week.
- Team: 1 physician and a robust clinic support team.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess knowledge of clinical care and patient treatment as normally obtained through the completion of master's degree in nursing.
Must be approved to practice as a nurse pracitioner by the State Board of Nursing by proof of license/certification.
Requires current RN license in state of practice. Must be certified to practice by the State Board of Nursing within a particular population as a nurse practitioner. Requires personal DEA license or must have prescribing and dispensing authority granted by the state board of nursing. Additional technical and professional certifications may be required based on type of nurse practitioner and scope of delineation document under medical staff services for an individual facility.
Exhibits an exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal relationship skills.
Demonstrates proficiency in computer applications and database management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
DNP or PhD preferred. Current BLS certification preferred. A minimum of 3 years previous relevant experience preferred.
