JOB SUMMARY:
Our Registered Nurse (RN Clinical Nurse) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care to patients undergoing procedures in Neuro-Interventional Radiology. Our Registered Nurses provide Moderate Sedation for patients coming through Neuro-Interventional Radiology. The RN will take care of adult and pediatric patients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
Must possess knowledge of critical care, to include advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, and basic cardiopulmonary life support certification
BSN preferred
RN with three (3) or more years critical care experience required, must be within the last two (2) years.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
Able to sit occasionally; stand constantly; walk frequently.
Able to lift/carry 0-10 lbs frequently; 11-50 lbs occasionally.
Able to push/pull 0-20 lbs frequently; 21-75 lbs occasionally.
Able to climb occasionally; reach constantly.
Able to use hand for simple/firm grasping.
