Nemours is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our NICU team here in Wilmington, DE! The Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is an advanced practice nursing role that is responsible for improvement and maintenance of scientifically based clinical nursing care in the NICU. The NICU, CNS intervenes at the infant/family, the nurse, and at the systems level. In collaboration with the health care team, the Clinical Nurse Specialist provides expert family centered clinical care and clinical consultation within the NICU to improve outcomes and to promote integrated health care that is safe, equitable, timely, effective, and efficient. The NICU, CNS achieves this by providing direct and indirect care for infants and their families, promoting profe
