Whole Health Partners is seeking a passionate and dedicated nurse or nurse practitioner who has a particular interest in prevention and empowering underserved communities. The ideal candidate will lead cohorts of 10-20 individuals through five live 90-minute classes, once a week, and provide 4+ months of ongoing coaching to assist participants in achieving their health goals. Additionally, the nurse or nurse practitioner will conduct intake and exit appointments for each patient, as well as assist with lab draws as needed. While knowledge of lifestyle medicine is helpful, it is not required.
