The Therapeutic Foster Care Program at Kennedy Krieger Institute is actively searching for a nurse care manager to join an exciting new program serving unaccompanied minors.  The Nurse Care Manager plays an integral role ensuring participating youth receive services they need until they can be reunited with their family or sponsor in the U.S.   The qualified candidate will be creative, flexible, and energetic.  He/she must understand the impact of trauma and be able to work collaboratively as a member of the youth’s treatment team to ensure their health and safety needs are met.  The Nurse Care Manager will participate in weekly team meetings, accompany youth to medical appointments as needed, collaborate with community medical providers to ensure coordination and integration of
