Job SummaryResponsible for coordinating all aspects of patient care related to the bone marrow transplant patients in collaboration with the transplanting physician and the bone marrow transplant interdisciplinary team. Establishes professional and working rapport with patients, families, referring physicians and support to the operation. Oversees the maintenance of complete and accurate patient records/data and completes patient reports to the Bone Marrow Transplant Registry.Job DutiesCoordinates the bone marrow transplant process including initial screening, intake visit, pre transplant assessment, stem cell collection and transplant.Maintains complete and accurate patient records and data and completes patient reports to the Bone Marrow Transplant
