The Supervisory-Patient Safety Manager (PSM) is a professional Registered Nurse responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive Patient Safety Program that complies with all applicable regulations. The incumbent provides assistance to the Quality Management (QM) Chief in the overall functioning of QM Department. The role provides coverage in the absence of the QM Chief as assigned. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
