Job DescriptionThis position is full-time, day shift.Directs and supervises performance of a group of employees engaged in similar functions and directs a major organization-wide work process. Develops, recommends, and implements policies and procedures. Translates the overall objectives set by higher management into individual and collective objectives for subordinates and develops plans for accomplishing them. Provides training and communicates information from higher management to employees. Assists the Director and the Vice President of Patient-Care Services in accomplishing his/her twenty-four hour responsibility for operation of area(s) of responsibility.ESSENTIAL FUNC
