Licensed Practical Nurse Telemetry FT Days Position Summary
The LPN under direction and supervision of registered nurse and licensed physician, utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to provide care and treatment for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients based upon the principles of the biological, physical, and social sciences to:
a) Assists in the coordination of the health care team to facilitate the patient's achievement of optimum health status.
b) Maintains the standards of licensed practical nursing.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with patients, visitors and physicians. Excellent customer service skills. Must have basic computer skills.
Qualifications:THE LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE TELEMETRY FT DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate from a Practical Nursing Program
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Current Arizona LPN license and CPR
