ResponsibilitiesThe Call Center COVID manager is responsible for the development and management of COVID-19 Call Center and additional clinical services delivered over the phone or by other electronic means. The Call Center service manager will ensure that the highest possible level of patient service is delivered, and that staff are performing at a level consistent with the needs of our patients. The incumbent must have a strong clinical background and broad medical knowledge, and is comfortable with fast pace, changing work environment. Must be comfortable with conflict management, able to quickly pick up associated workflow centered around CDC and local regulatory agencies as pertain to COVID-19.
